Missed Delivery? We’re Here to Help!
We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. If your parcel was not delivered on the first attempt, don’t worry! You can easily track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Generally, the delivery person will try and establish contact with you to confirm for re-delivery. In some exceptional cases, we might even request you to call the local delivery office to have your parcel re-delivered.
