Products Descriptions
We take all reasonable care to describe our products accurately, however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content is error free. All sizes and measurements are only for reference and approximate, however great care is taken to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
Most of our products are handmade using traditional techniques by artisans and are sourced from our select production partners across the globe and mainly from India. This means that our products are very liable to have the design, colour imperfection unlike mass-produced factory-made items or in some cases give an odd smell. Please take this into consideration when purchasing our products and read the product and care instructions provided with your purchase if applicable. All sizes and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between each individual item. Colours shown on this website are shown as accurately as possible though the viewing experience may vary due to a few factors such as the computer screen you are using and the display settings that are in place. Colours may also vary between individual items because often the dyes & paints that are used are made by hand.
Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods. When an order is received by us, we will send you an email confirming the order. When your order is shipped from our facilities, we will send you a further email confirming the shipment. Non-acceptance of an order could be due to items being unavailable or authorisation issues with your payment. Should there be any difficulties with your order we will let you know.
All ordering is in English & all prices are in stated in GBP and prices are exclusive of VAT or any duties or taxes as applicable in the ordering country or state unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to decrease and increase prices of products without notice due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Payments
We accept payment from most of the major credit card except American Express. Payment will be positively sanctioned from your account before goods are dispatched. You undertake that you are authorised to use the credit/debit card given when you place your order. When you are placing an order with us you are making a firm contract with us to buy goods. Payment is taken by a secure payment method at the time you place the order. When you order with us, you will need to give your details like name, billing address, delivery address (if different), email address & telephone or contact number.

Discount Codes and Promotions
All Discount codes and promotions are offered exclusively for online use at www.emeraldatelier.com, unless stated otherwise. Discount codes cannot be used in accordance with any other discounts or offers and are only available on full price items. We reserve the right to remove or pull discount codes or promotions at any time or earlier than the stated end date. When an item is offered as part of a promotion, in the case of a return all items must be returned otherwise we preserve the right to withdraw the promotional items RRP from the amount paid by the consumer.
Shipping and Delivery
All shipping prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order and we strive to ensure the accuracy of our pricing, but occasional errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders to reflect the correct price. We will notify you promptly if any changes affect your order.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain countries at our discretion. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within a reasonable time of the specified delivery date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email or telephone at our contact address of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option either: to make good any shortage or non-delivery; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose. Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses (including loss of profits, business, or goodwill) arising from any issue you notify us of under this condition. All delivery dates are approximate, once the product has left our warehouse the time it takes to arrive to you is beyond our control therefore, we cannot be held accountable for a slow delivery but will always do everything we can to track your order and provide you with the status. We collaborate with reputable delivery partners to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Our delivery partners are selected based on their reliability and commitment to providing excellent service. However, once your order is handed over to our delivery partners, it is subject to their additional terms and conditions from the delivery partners. While we strive to ensure a smooth delivery process, we cannot be held liable for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during transit. Our liability for any issues arising during the delivery of goods is limited to the extent permitted by law. In the event of any problems, our responsibility is restricted to assisting you in resolving the issue with the delivery partner and, where applicable, refunding the amount paid for your purchase question. Stock, Dates & Payment
We try to be as accurate as possible with our back in stock and coming soon dates, however, the dates specified on products are to be used as an estimate only and Emerald Atelier Limited have the right to change these dates at any time in accordance to stock. Sign up for a notification for when these immediately become available for purchase. The site could stock check, whilst we endeavour for this to be as up to date as possible, we cannot be responsible if a product isn’t in stock or has been sold.

- You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
